Rafael Blanco
A PCE resident since 2017, but a Frisco resident since 2006, Rafael currently serves as the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) President. Rafael is a devoted husband and father of two beautiful girls, Andrea and Adriana. He is currently a Senior Software Developers Group Manager for a Fortune 500 Fintech company based in Mountain View, California. In his current professional role he supports over 15,000 employees around the globe and his team supports IT infrastructure needs that allow millions of individual customers, and small businesses to run their finance every day.
Rafael brings more than 25 years of IT experience and 16 years of Management experience to our community. He is a graduate of University of Puerto Rico and his goal is to ensure that PCE continues to be a great place to live & raise families.
Mary Collins
I’m a proud resident of PCE since 2008 and a native Texan, with 2 sons and 3 grandsons all living here in North Texas and all are Cowboy fans. I love spending time with my family, traveling, gardening, reading and crossword puzzles. In 2021 I decided to retire from an over 40 year career in the IT/ Network Infrastructure industry as a Project Manager. With an abundance of free time and many years of life, and professional experience I look forward to serving on the PCE Board to help bring to fruition the visions of the PCE community.
Jim Vincent
Born in Panama City, RP, and grew up in South Florida. Graduated from Florida State University in 1965 and spent my entire professional career working for a variety of companies in the golf industry. Major achievement was, in 2000, honored as the tenth recipient of the PGA of America’s lifetime achievement award for contributions to the golf industry. Retired in 2001 but continue to be active in the industry as a consultant.
Moved here from Pinehurst, NC to be close to our son and his family who live in Preston Highlands.
AJ Anderson
Aj has been an active and engaged member of the Panther Creek Estates (PCE) community since 2014. Alongside his dedicated wife and two vibrant children, he has embraced the spirit of community living and has consistently demonstrated a commitment to enhancing the quality of life within PCE.
Aj's extensive involvement in the community is reflected in his tenure in various committees. He has been an integral part of the Architectural Control Committee for an impressive seven years, showcasing his keen eye for design aesthetics and his dedication to maintaining the aesthetic integrity of the neighborhood.
With his wealth of experience and understanding of community guidelines, Aj has successfully contributed to maintaining a harmonious and visually appealing living environment for all residents. This experience has positioned him well to transition seamlessly to his role on the Board of Directors.
Melineh Mirzaian
Starting her journey in LA, she ventured to Frisco in 2018 with her family, planting roots as a PCE resident. With a robust background of over 15 years in Graphic Design and Marketing, she's a maestro of creativity. Yet, her skills aren't limited to screens – she also indulges in the art of cake baking and decorating. When not crafting visual wonders or edible delights, Melineh finds solace in family moments and exploring new horizons through travel.
