Annette Zimmer – HOA Board, Safety Liaison

Safety Committee members work with other PCE committees, surrounding communities, schools, Frisco Neighborhood Watch, Frisco Citizens on Patrol (CoPs), and several other City of Frisco departments such as Animal Control and the Frisco Police Department to discuss ways to keep our neighborhood safe.

If you are interested in joining the Safety Committee or becoming a block captain, please contact us.

Safety Committee

If you see something, say something!

The Safety Committee relies on you to report incidents as they are happening so immediate action can be taken. We are a big community and that means we have a lot of eyes on our shared areas such as the parks, greenbelts, and pool, as well as each other’s yards and property. We can’t do anything unless we catch violators in the act, so please participate in keeping our community safe!

Violation of Pool Rules

A board member is required to be present at the pool before Frisco PD can act on any pool related violations. For this reason if you witness any wrong doings at the pool the preferred reporting method is to send a text to 469-294-3440. This text forwards to all the board members and we are generally able to get down to the pool very quickly.

Pet Registration
The City of Frisco requires all dogs and cats be vaccinated for rabies by 4 months of age. A voluntary pet registration program is also available. Please contact Animal Control at (972) 292-5303 for more information.

Alarm Permits
The City of Frisco requires an annual permit for all alarm systems whether monitored or not monitored. Annual fee $35. Call the Frisco PD Records Division at (972) 292-6000 for more information.
Frisco Police Department confidential Tip Line (972-292-6090)

The Tip Line is only for information which would help investigators solve a crime and/or lead to the arrest of a suspect or suspects. It is not to be used for emergency calls or for crimes in progress. Call 911 for all emergencies and the general dispatch number (972-292-6010) for non-emergencies.
