Storm Damage and ACC Approvals - UPDATED
With all the storm damage over the last 2 days we have a significant number of fences damaged in the neighborhood as well as roofs and other items.
This is a reminder that the City of Frisco requires a building permit for any construction of a fence over 16 feet in length (for most fences this is 3 consecutive sections or 2 posts that may have come down). I recieved clarification from the City yesterday that if the same panels are being put back up and only posts are replaced a permit is not required, however if the posts and panels are replaced then a permit IS required, even if the same style fence is being put back up.
If your fence (or any other repairs) require a permit it will also require ACC approval, so be sure to submit for that as well.

****UPDATE**** We have been receiving a very large number of requests, as expected, however due to the increase in volumes the ACC may not be able to review all requests as quickly as they normally would. Please be patient and they will be reviewed as quickly as possible.
