Safety Update
In response to several reports to the board and management company, following is an update on neighborhood safety prevention measures. The duties of the Security Company currently working at the Community Pool will be expanded to include periodic driving of the neighborhood. He will report any suspicious or illegal activity to the Frisco Police.
The Safety Committee will be meeting in September to try to organize more block captains. We will try to reserve SEM or another large venue for this meeting. We have had some challenges getting a reservation since their focus is on the beginning of the school year, but we expect to be able to confirm soon.
Also anytime illegal activity has occurred or you see anything suspicious in the neighborhood you should immediately call the Frisco Police at Non-Emergency: 972-292-6010 or 911. If you report something to the police please email the safety committee and RealManage as well with as much detail about location and the situation as possible. This will enable the board to better focus community resources, as well as be able to communicate our needs with FPD. Mourning Dove and Bob White Park are city parks and incidents within the parks should also be reported to the city.
Most Panther Creek Estate Residents are law abiding citizens who care about their homes and neighbors. We have a terrific community and want to continue to work and enjoy together. Please consider getting involved on the Safety Committee, as a block captain or on another one of our 7 volunteer committees and board. The more eyes and ears we have out watching for issues, and addressing them, the sooner these issues will get resolved.
Hopefully everyone has your calendars marked for National Night Out on October 7. We will gather in Mourning Dove Park to focus on creating a safe community, getting to know our neighbors and having some fun with our families and friends!
If you have any questions or suggestions please email the board.
