PANTHER CREEK ESTATES ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE
The Panther Creek Association of Homeowners will host the 2009 Annual Meeting on Saturday, October 31 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM, registration beginning at 1pm. The event will be held at the Fabulous Fall Festival at Hummingbird Park. Look for the HOA Board of Directors booth to sign in and listen for announcements throughout the event.
Agenda items will include: the financial and operational activities of your homeowners association over the last year; a vote on Bylaw amendments, and electing 4 board members. There is a Board Candidate form in the latest newsletter and on the documents page. More details will follow.
In order to conduct a PCE Homeowner Association meeting, a quorum of one fourth (1/4) of the eligible voters ( HOA account paid in full) must be represented in person or by proxy.
Please send in your proxy whether or not you plan on attending.
The proxy is revocable and may be returned by attending the meeting. Fill out the form below, sign, date and return by mail to PO BOX 803555, Dallas, TX 75380, by e-mail to service@realmanage.com, or by fax to 214-545-5154. The form should be submitted by October 26, 2009.
