Fountain Update #3
The board has heard many concerns over the last several months regarding the inoperable fountains. We’ve received the reserve study and are now able to focus specific resources on capital items. One of our top priorities is to resolve the issue of the fountains and waterfall. The board has done extensive research and has found there are very few companies that do this kind of work. Because of this and in order to be sure the association funds are well spent we are requiring a very high level of detail from the contractor.
Residents that have lived in the association for a long period may know the waterfall was turned off due to continued problems with algae. We have been told this can be corrected so we are working with the contractor to get the waterfall running as soon as possible. We have reviewed various options with regards to the fountains and expect to have sufficient information to make a decision within the next 2 months.
