Join the Safety Committee and Board of Directors for PCE NNO on Tuesday October 7, 6-8pm at Mourning Dove Park.

NATIONAL NIGHT OUT is designed to:Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness; Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs; Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.

We will be serving hotdogs and snow cones, there will be fun activities for the children and of course we’ll have special guests from throughout the city joining us for this exciting annual event!

Join us for a Safety Committee Meeting, Thursday September 18, 7-8 pm at Sem Elementary School 12721 Honey Grove Drive, in the LIBRARY. Our agenda will include organizing Block Captains and a discussion of the upcoming National Night Out.

In response to several reports to the board and management company, following is an update on neighborhood safety prevention measures.   The duties of the Security Company currently working at the Community Pool will be expanded to include periodic driving of the neighborhood. He will report any suspicious or illegal activity to the Frisco Police.
The Safety Committee will be meeting in September to try to organize more block captains.  We will try to reserve SEM or another large venue for this meeting.  We have had some challenges getting a reservation since their focus is on the beginning of the school year, but we expect to be able to confirm soon. Frisco Neighborhood Watch will hold their monthly meeting next Monday, July 28th at 7 PM. It will be held at the Police Department, 7200 Stonebrook Parkway.

With the warmer weather here and the “joy” of working in the yards, please remember to close your garage doors if you are not in sight of it. We don’t want anyone to become the victim of theft/burglary. By closing your garage doors and keeping things locked up, you greatly reduce your chances of becoming one.
