Dallas Morning News Briefings

These are the free newspapers we occasionally get delivered. Here is a website where you can request
delivery to be paused or stopped completely. If you are not going to read the paper, save a tree and keep our neighborhood beautiful.

Brown Spots on Greenbelts

We have had some questions regarding the recent brown spots on the green belts.  Haven Landscaping has applied a weed killer that targets many weeds especially dallis grass and we tend to have a lot of that! This application is a part of the company’s overall annual schedule to keep our neighborhood beautiful.

Welcome Haven Landscaping

Haven Landscaping began work at PCE today and immediately got to work adding color to our entrances. See the newsletter for an article about our new Landscape Company and how/why they were chosen. Be sure to say Hi to Rocky and his crew and enjoy our beautiful surroundings.

Help Wanted

The weeds are starting to grow. Your HOA has a process for mowing unkept lawns and charging the cost back to the offending homeowner. If you would like to help us (we pay $35./lawn) please email B.Crudden@sbbmanagement.com for details. Teenagers (15+) are welcome as long as a parent/adult is willing to oversee.
