2010 HOA Board of Directors Candidates
The PCE HOA Nominating Committee is pleased to introduce the following candidates for the Board of Directors positions. Elections will be held during the annual meeting 2-3 pm as part of the Fabulous Fall Festival 10/31. Look for the HOA Booth at Hummingbird Park to sign in and vote for candidates as well as proposed by-laws changes. Current Board Members and Management Company reps will be on hand to answer homeowner questions. Remember we need to have a quorum, please send in the proxy found on line or in the last newsletter whether or not you plan to attend. Your HOA dues must be current in order to vote.
James Talley James Talley and his wife of 13 years, LaShonda, have resided in Panther Creek Estates for 5 years. They have two sons, Jacob 8, who attends SEM Elementary and Jordan 3, who attends Daffodil Montessori School. James has worked 15 years for Alcatel-Lucent as an Architectural Engineer. He volunteers as a coach for the Frisco Football Leagues 7 year old team “The JETS” and for the North Dallas Community Bible Fellowships Children’s Ministry. He also spends a lot of his leisure time training for marathons. James would be a great asset to our board, helping to improve and expand our pool and keep our community beautiful and safe. |
William (Bill) Woodard
 Bill Woodard William (Bill) Woodard has been the President of Panther Creek Estates HOA Board of Directors for the last three years. He has been involved in all the myriad of projects and improvements completed in that time from establishing committees, policies, and procedures to replacing the landscaping and management companies. Bill also volunteers with Boy Scouts and the City of Frisco having recently been appointed by the Mayor to Chair the Committee on the Census. Bill is a member of the current Leadership Frisco Class 13 and in his spare time has participated in two Triathlons. |

Jamie Lockwoodwas Chair of the Covenants Committee until April 2009. At that time we had a Director move and Jamie agreed to fill the term. Having worked for MCI, EDS and now HP as a Senior Business Analyst Jamie brings a thoughtful opinion, easy going personality and keen understanding of the importance of team work to the Board. Jamie and his family moved to PCE for the sense of community they felt having visited the neighborhood and Jamie got involved right away. When his schedule allows Jamie enjoys car races, biking and swimming.

Ariel Ortegon Ariel A. Ortegon has been Chair of the Beautification Committee for three years. During that time she has been instrumental in facilitating our hiring of a new landscape company, planting trees throughout the community and redesigning the entrances, just to name a few. All told Ariel has volunteered hundreds of hours to make PCE a more beautiful place. Ariel also works full time from home as a triage nurse, is Wife to Garth, Mom to Arianna, takes dance classes, walks the community several times a week and is a founding member of the Monday Night Book Club.

Ty Treadway Ty Treadway has a unique background that includes Television Actor, Talk Show Host and Government Auditor. In addition his pertinent experience includes President of an HOA in California and licensed Texas Realtor and Investor. Having recently moved his young family to PCE, Ty is anxious to volunteer for the Board of Directors in order to “support the great work of keeping our community beautiful while upgrading valuable amenities like the pool area and <green spaces.>”
