2009 “Bad Yards” Program
In the last 2 years The Board has utilized a “Bad Yards” program where by we use the assistance of volunteer homeowners to mow yards of vacant houses that have grown beyond reasonable heights. This was due in large part to an inability to find a contractor that would be willing to mow yards on an irregular basis.
We are fortunate this year that our new landscape contractor, Haven, is willing to take care of these yards. This will give us a more consistent approach and faster turn around to getting “bad yards” mowed in a more timely manner. As always the cost of this service will be billed back to the property owner.
On behalf of the Panther Creek Estates Board of Directors I want to thank those that have assisted in the past for your service to the neighborhood through the Bad Yards program. A neighborhood as large as ours presents many challenges and we truly appreciate your time and energy in helping us to keep PCE looking beautiful.
