There are a couple of individuals going around offering to paint house numbers on the curbs “On behalf of the HOA”. The board has not authorized anyone to paint house numbers on behalf of the HOA. These individuals are in no way associated with, nor have they been contracted by the Board.

The covenants committee will meet at 7:30PM on Tuesday April 15th at 11491 La Grange Dr. We will be working on the bylaws sections regarding the selection of the board/officers.

The Communications Committee has begun work on the June edition of the newsletter. Please send us your feedback, articles, suggestions, announcements and photos. Deadline for submissions is May 5,2008.
The weeds are starting to grow. Your HOA has a process for mowing unkept lawns and charging the cost back to the offending homeowner. If you would like to help us (we pay $35./lawn) please email B.Crudden@sbbmanagement.com for details. Teenagers (15+) are welcome as long as a parent/adult is willing to oversee.
